Did the bridge pop out during shipment?

Since we set up the violin ready to play, the bridge can sometimes pop out during shipment.

If the bridge does pop out, read the enclosed "Meet Your Violin" sheets. Loosen the strings a little, put the bridge flat underneath the strings, and then slowly bring it to vertical. If you don’t loosen the strings a little, you run the risk of breaking a string. You will see that the bridge is lower on one side. That side should be under the thinnest string. Once you have done that, do not glue the bridge to the violin.

Give me your name and if you have it, your order number. I will send a return address label so you can ship it back. Just drop it off at any Fedex location. Once I receive it, I will put through a refund to the payment method you used. For security purposes, I do not refund to a different payment method.
